Banana Hemp Smoothie Recipe

The Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of your choice (I used almond)
  • 1 medium banana (optionally frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds, hemp protein powder, or both
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A little honey, stevia, or maple syrup to sweeten (optional)

The Add-ons

  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 serving green superfood powder

Show Time

Add all of the ingredients into your blender and blend on high until desired consistency is reached.

Blueberry Hemp Smoothie Recipe

The Ingredients

  • 1 cup hemp milk (substitute almond or coconut milk or water)
  • 1/3 avocado
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons shelled hemp seeds or hemp protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey to sweeten

The Add-ons

  • 1 cup kale or spinach (go green)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes or shreds
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 serving of your preferred protein or green superfood powder
  • 1 tablespoon maca, cacao, and/or spirulina

Show Time

Place all of the ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend for around 30-45 seconds or until nice and smooth.
